Assignment Overview

We are looking for an experienced Process Developer

What You Will Work On

• Define and govern global standards for commercial finance processes.
• Design and document the future-state end-to-end commercial finance blueprint.
• Drive global harmonization and standardization across markets.
• Redesign the Chart of Accounts and define financial dimensions.
• Establish harmonized posting logic and accounting structures.
• Facilitate decision-making with local CFOs and senior stakeholders.
• Define functional requirements, approvals, and financial control structures.
• Ensure reporting requirements are captured in the solution.
• Support testing scenarios, acceptance criteria, and validation of the system build.
• Maintain structured global process documentation and governance materials.
• Ensure clarity and accessibility of standards across the organization.

What You Bring

• Senior finance background such as Accounting, Controller, or Finance Lead.
• Strong knowledge of Chart of Accounts, posting logic, financial close, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Proven experience designing and harmonizing finance processes.
• Experience embedding internal controls within end-to-end processes.
• Experience working in large multinational organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management and decision-driving capability.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and align multiple business units.
• High discipline in documentation including process maps and governance frameworks.
• Comfortable working in complex transformation programs.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance is highly desirable.
• Understanding of ERP transformation and finance process integration is an advantage.
