About the Assignment

We are looking for a Support Administrator for an assignment in an established organization. In this role, you will provide broad administrative and secretarial support at local country, function, or business level. The assignment includes both day-to-day coordination and responsibility for specific department processes and programs.

Job Description
  • Provide general administrative support across the organization.
  • Handle secretarial and coordination tasks at local country, function, or business level.
  • Manage complex administrative activities with a structured and service-minded approach.
  • Take responsibility for delivering specific department processes and programs.
  • Support the department with ongoing operational and administrative needs.
Requirements
  • Ability to provide qualified administrative and/or secretarial support in a complex environment.
  • Ability to take responsibility for specific department processes and programs.
  • Willingness to complete a drug test.
  • Willingness to complete SSG entrance education.
  • Willingness to sign a non-disclosure agreement and a conflict of interest document.
  • Fluent Swedish and English.
