Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Interim IT Manager to lead and develop the local IT organization within a regulated and business-critical environment.

What You Will Work On

  • Lead and manage the local IT organization and daily IT operations
  • Ensure stable operation and maintenance of IT systems within approved budgets
  • Develop, manage, and follow up on IT budgets and cost control activities
  • Establish and implement business-oriented IT processes, policies, and governance structures
  • Drive long-term IT strategy and roadmap planning
  • Lead and support IT-related projects and transformation initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with GAMP guidelines, company policies, regulations, and agreements
  • Manage and develop the local IT team including leadership responsibilities for direct reports
  • Establish data-driven working methods, KPIs, and operational follow-up processes
  • Create structure, transparency, and sustainable operational governance
  • Drive continuous improvement and organizational development initiatives
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, group IT functions, and operational teams
  • Ensure IT-related communication and information management across internal platforms

What You Bring

  • Documented experience leading IT organizations within regulated environments
  • Experience from GMP-regulated industries is highly beneficial
  • Strong leadership experience managing operational and strategic IT functions
  • Experience navigating and driving improvements within complex organizations
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Proven experience within change management and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ability to establish structured, transparent, and measurable ways of working
  • Experience developing KPIs, operational governance, and data-driven processes
  • Strong financial understanding including IT budgeting and cost control
  • Experience leading teams and organizational development activities
  • Ability to independently drive initiatives in environments where structures are still evolving
  • Strong collaboration skills across business, operations, and enterprise IT functions
