We are looking for a Data & AI Governance Specialist

What You Will Work On

• Implement and maintain AI and data governance frameworks aligned with organizational strategy.
• Support the operational adoption of regulatory requirements, including the EU Data Act and EU AI Act.
• Develop and maintain governance processes, documentation, and best practices.
• Provide training and change management support to ensure effective adoption of governance structures.
• Harmonize data definitions and optimize governance processes across divisions.
• Monitor compliance with regulations and ethical standards for data and AI usage.
• Translate strategic and regulatory requirements into actionable operational processes and controls.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen data and AI governance.

What You Bring

• Hands-on experience in data governance and AI governance.
• Strong knowledge of data management principles, regulatory compliance, and AI ethics.
• Practical experience implementing EU Data Act and EU AI Act requirements.
• Operational experience with governance frameworks and processes.
• Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical functions.
