Assignment Overview

We are looking for a Production Engineer

What you will work on

• Developing and optimizing assembly and production processes
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives within areas such as LEAN, digitalization, and automation
• Ensuring product and process quality through analysis, root cause investigations, and corrective actions
• Supporting production teams in resolving technical issues and deviations
• Creating and maintaining process instructions and technical documentation
• Contributing to standardized working methods and process improvements
• Participating in industrialization of new product variants and engineering changes
• Coordinating technical discussions between internal teams and external stakeholders
• Supporting initiatives that improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, and safety

What you bring

• Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent experience
• Experience working with production, assembly, or manufacturing processes
• Experience analyzing production data and driving structured improvement activities
• Ability to create process documentation and technical instructions
• Experience supporting production in technical troubleshooting and process optimization
• Good collaboration skills and ability to work with multiple departments
• Professional communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
