1D/3D CFD Engineer

In our CFD team you will be a part of a group that supports each other so we believe that you are willing to both support others and ask for help. You take responsibility for your own task as well as the team delivery’s, you are a good team player and contribute to a positive and inspiring working environment for yourself and your colleges.

By taking initiatives and reaching out to others you develop collaborations with people in the organization to solve the tasks and assignments you are facing – which also leads to an extension of your our and Sigmas network.

Basic qualifications

• You have experience from 1D and/or 3D CFD analysis within relevant industries such as automotive, energy or process.
• You have worked with STAR-CCM+
• You have a master within Applied mechanics or equivalent
• Fluent in English

Preferred additional skills, personal traits, experience

• Good communication skills – this helps us to understand each other, collaborate and keep good client relations
• Knowledge and interest in electrification and batteries
• Knowledge in Python
• Agile framework
• Used other CFD software’s (ANSYS Fluent, OpenFoam etc.)
• Used pre-processing tools such as Ansa.
