Product Specialist

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

• Supporting the Product Owner and team to drive product improvements and priorities
• Analysing product performance and using insights to guide decisions
• Gathering, challenging and documenting requirements, user stories and test cases
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to remove blockers and create value
• Helping the team understand customer needs and how success is measured
• Contributing to roadmap priorities and continuous improvements
• Sharing knowledge, supporting training and building understanding of the product
