WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

• Leading and inspiring a team of Shop Design Specialists to create engaging store experiences
• Planning and designing store activities, seasonal launches and events
• Bringing collections and commercial priorities to life in a way that drives visitation and sales
• Collaborating with marketing, communication and retail teams across IKEA
• Developing tools and ways of working that help markets deliver with speed and consistency
