AI Engineer to Resurs

We are looking for an AI Engineer who is motivated by transforming inefficient, manual, and fragmented processes into automated and intelligent systems.

You will work across the full lifecycle of production-grade AI systems, from architecture and development to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement within an established AWS-based platform. In the role you will tackle complex operational data challenges, including security-related telemetry, and build scalable AI automation that enhances efficiency, prioritization, and insight across existing engineering ecosystems. This is an opportunity to design meaningful solutions in a real operational environment, working alongside experienced engineers while owning impactful, long-term systems.

Get an idea of the role

☁️ Build and operate AI solutions within our existing AWS-based cloud platform, aligning with established security, architectural and operational practices.

📊 Contribute to building AI and automation solutions that transform operational data into useful, automated outputs, integrated into existing engineering platforms and workflows.

🔁 Take part in the end-to-end lifecycle of AI solutions: development, deployment, monitoring, and improvement together with senior engineers and architects.

📈 Help develop scalable and explainable AI components and supporting pipelines and services that can be owned and maintained by the wider engineering organization.

🤝 Work closely with experienced engineers, architects, and domain specialists to solutions align with shared platforms, standards, roadmaps and ways of working.

🛡️ Ensure that AI solutions follow security, architectural, regulatory, and ethical AI guidelines, and are designed for shared ownership and long-term operation.

On a personal level

✔️Experience or strong interest in building AI-driven or automated systems.

✔️ A solid technical foundation and a clear motivation to grow into production-grade AI engineering.

✔️An interest in building reliable, maintainable, and explainable AI solutions rather than one-off experiments.

✔️Comfort working with data, code, and technical stakeholders in a collaborative engineering environment.

✔️Interest in security- or risk-related data is a plus but not required.

✔️We value curiosity, ownership, and a willingness to learn. You are not expected to be an expert in all areas from day one, this role is designed to support growth within a mature engineering and platform context.
